Transom Cargo is the cargo terminal operator at Muscat International Airport. It provides cargo services to more than 30 world leading airlines flying through the Airport. It is also the exclusive cargo handler of the national carrier, Oman Air, where the company supports the airline’s hub operations from its head office in Muscat.

Transom Cargo is a joint venture between Transom and SATS from Singapore. With this strategic partnership, the company aims to serve the local aviation industry and the Sultanate of Oman, and strengthens Oman’s position as a cargo hub and the cargo gateway to the GCC.

The company has been providing handling services for a wide range of cargo, including e-commerce, pharmaceutical products, Dangerous Goods (DG), perishables, live animals, valuables etc. to and from Muscat.

To achieve the above efficiently, and to provide customized services and solutions to its clients and the industry, OMAN SATS has embarked on the intensive use of technologies to digitalize its operations, improve processes, and invest in infrastructure and staff training.
